- About to LCTPCEP 2026 !
The International Conference on Pollution Control, Environmental Protection and Low Carbon Technology (LCTPC 2026) will be held grandly in Zhuhai, an ecologically livable city in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area of China. This conference focuses on collaborative innovation in environmental pollution control, ecological protection and restoration, and low-carbon technology development. It is committed to building a high-level, interdisciplinary international academic exchange platform, bringing together experts, scholars, researchers, representatives of environmental protection enterprises, government regulatory agencies, and members of international organizations in fields such as environmental science and engineering, chemical engineering, ecology, atmospheric science, water resources management, energy technology, and sustainable development. The conference will conduct in-depth discussions on cutting-edge topics such as efficient treatment technologies for multimedia pollutants such as water, gas, and soil (such as advanced oxidation, membrane separation, and bioremediation), industrial waste resource utilization and recycling pathways, the application of new environmental functional materials in pollution prevention and control, ecological environment monitoring and intelligent warning systems at the urban and watershed scales, key technologies for carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS), the role of renewable energy and energy storage systems in carbon reduction, green transportation and low-carbon city construction, the practice of nature based solutions (NbS) in ecological restoration, environmental policies and carbon market mechanism innovation, and the greening and zero carbon transformation of industrial parks. Through various forms such as keynote speeches, thematic forums, paper presentations, technology exhibitions, and policy dialogues, we aim to promote the coordinated efforts of technology, industry, and policy, and build a comprehensive pollution prevention and sustainable development system throughout the entire chain. LCTPC 2026 emphasizes the core concept of "technology pollution control, system protection, and low-carbon transformation", committed to serving the national "dual carbon" strategy and ecological civilization construction, and enhancing the modernization level of ecological environment governance. The high-quality papers accepted by the conference will be recommended for publication in relevant international journals indexed by SCI, EI, or Scopus, expanding the academic influence of research results.

All full paper submissions to the LCTPCEP 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of LCTPCEP 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

-Submission Guidelines-
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to lctpcep@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.

As a platform for global academic communication, the quality of conference publication has always an aspect attracting much of our attention. To ensure quality of our publication and to better serve the peers in academic circle, we now call for reviewers among professionals and experts of the world. Professionals and experts who hold PhD (doctoral) degree in the conference related areas are encouraged to join in us and together, we will work hard to become a world-class academic conference.
